Buyverse Technologies Ltd. (Israeli Company Registration Number: 517179206) ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Buyverse website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Israeli Company: Buyverse Technologies Ltd. is an Israeli company duly registered in Israel, and this Privacy Policy complies with the requirements of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 which came into effect on August 14, 2025.
1.1 Agreement to Terms: This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service. All definitions and terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service, unless the context requires otherwise.
1.2 Consent and Your Choices: When you sign in to our Service using Google authentication, you will see a notice stating "By signing in you agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" with links to both documents. By proceeding with sign-in, you provide your consent to this Privacy Policy. You are generally not legally obligated to provide information to us. However, certain information is necessary for the operation of the Service. Specifically:
Consequences of Not Providing Information: If you choose not to provide your location (city), you will not be able to sign in to the Service as a registered user. In this case, you will only be able to use our search engine up to 3 times as a guest, after which you will be required to log in. If you choose not to provide other voluntary information, you may still use the Service, but your user experience may be limited or less personalized.
In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law (August 2025), Buyverse Technologies Ltd. has appointed a Data Protection Officer. As our database contains personal information of over 20,000 individuals, we are required by law to appoint a Data Protection Officer.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, list items for sale, make purchases, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, payment information, location data, profile pictures, and product listings. We also collect information automatically when you use our Service, including device information, usage data, and location information.
Definition of Personal Information (Israeli Law): In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, "personal information" includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes, among other things: name, address, phone number, email address, online identifiers (IP addresses, device IDs, cookie identifiers), location information, photographs, purchase data, and financial information.
Data Storage: Your data is stored securely using Firebase, Google's cloud-based platform. We use Google Cloud Platform regions in Europe for data storage. Firebase provides robust security features and data encryption to protect your personal information. Please note that data is transferred to and stored outside of Israel (in Europe), subject to the appropriate safeguards described in Section 16 below.
To provide you with faster and more efficient service, identify you upon return visits to our Service, and save you from having to re-enter or re-fill personal information you previously provided, Buyverse uses cookies. Cookies are unique internal markers that are recorded in your browser. Cookie files are stored on your end device. Cookies are not computer software and do not have the ability to read information or perform any actions on your computer or mobile device.
Cookies and additional technologies such as mobile device identifiers, web beacons, pixel files, and session recording on our Service, enable us to, among other things: monitor your activity on the Service; analyze browsing patterns and actions of Service users and email recipients; improve browsing experience and personalize the Service for you; make business decisions about our products and services; measure response rates to our mailings and the success of our marketing campaigns.
Through cookies, we receive information about your actions on the Service and information about the computer (or smartphone) from which you browse: operating system version, screen type, browser, IP address, time spent on the Service or on any page, location, and more.
Please note that we may contact you for service purposes, marketing purposes, and other legitimate purposes based on actions you performed on the Service or any additional information received from or through cookies.
These technologies and similar ones are also used by us for information security purposes and fraud prevention.

For example, most internet browsers allow users to delete cookies from an end device, block their reception, or receive warnings before they are stored. Please note that if you disable cookies, your user experience on the Service may be impaired.

6.1 Service Providers and Contractors: We may share information with subcontractors or outsourced service providers in areas such as customer service centers, information systems, communication providers, cloud computing service providers, storage services, operational services, shipping companies, mail and mailing distribution services, market researchers, and marketing consultants.
6.2 Payment Processing - PayPlus: We use PayPlus service for secure payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to PayPlus, and we do not store your full credit card details. 6.3 Business Partners: We may share information with other business partners, such as providers of complementary services and products, for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
6.4 Legal Compliance: We may use and transfer information to third parties in accordance with any law, including in response to orders from authorities and courts (including foreign ones) and as requested therein, and in any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings between you or anyone on your behalf and Buyverse or anyone on its behalf.
6.5 Protection of Rights and Safety: Subject to applicable law, in any case where we believe that disclosure of information is necessary to prevent serious harm to the property of Buyverse or to the property or person of users or third parties, or to prevent other serious harm, all at the sole and absolute discretion of Buyverse.
6.6 Business Transactions: Subject to the provisions of law, we may transfer information as part of the sale of all or part of our business (including in the context of negotiations for such a sale), and in the context of reorganization, merger, joint ventures, and other transactions related to our business. In such cases, the recipient of the information will be required to apply the provisions and restrictions on the use of information as they apply to us.
6.7 Analytics and Advertising Platforms: We use third-party analytics and advertising systems including Google and Facebook. These systems help us measure our marketing and improve it based on the information you provide on the Service. Information will be transferred to the entities operating those systems, who will use the information for targeted advertising and their own statistics in accordance with their privacy policies. Additionally, we will collect information through cookies as detailed elsewhere in this policy.
6.8 User-to-User Communication: We may share certain information between users as necessary to facilitate transactions (such as enabling communication between buyers and sellers through our in-platform messaging system). We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (name, email, profile picture) as permitted by your Google account settings. We use this information solely for account creation and authentication purposes. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We collect location information to help you find nearby products and sellers, and to show your general location to other users when listing items. You can control location sharing through your device settings. Precise location data is not shared with other users without your explicit consent.
Our AI assistant analyzes your product information and marketplace data to provide personalized recommendations and improve your selling experience. AI processing may involve analyzing text, images, and usage patterns. This processing occurs securely and is used solely to enhance our Service.
LangGraph and LangSmith: We use LangGraph for orchestrating complex AI workflows and LangSmith for monitoring, debugging, and improving our AI systems. When you interact with our AI features, your queries and interactions may be processed through these platforms to generate responses and improve service quality. LangSmith helps us track AI performance, identify issues, and optimize the user experience. All data processed through these services is handled in accordance with our data retention and security policies.
Based on your search activity, browsing behavior, and expressed interests on our platform, we may identify you as a potential qualified lead (a "Hot Lead") for relevant sellers. When we determine that you may be interested in specific products or services, we may notify relevant sellers on our platform and provide them with the opportunity to initiate conversations with you through our in-platform messaging system.
We do not share your contact information directly with sellers. Instead, sellers may be offered the ability to send you messages within our platform's secure messaging system. This lead generation service is an integral part of our marketplace functionality and helps connect buyers with relevant sellers more effectively. All communications remain within the Buyverse platform ecosystem.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required by law.
Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please visit our account deletion page. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all your personal information, listings, messages, and transaction history from our systems, including from Firebase and all third-party services we use (such as LangGraph, LangSmith, and other service providers). Please note that some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (such as tax records and fraud prevention) as required by law. This action cannot be undone.
You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also opt out of certain communications and control privacy settings on the Service. For users in certain jurisdictions, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our Service, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our Service. This information helps us improve our Service and user experience. Google Analytics may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect this information. Sentry Error Monitoring: We use Sentry to monitor and track errors in our backend systems to improve Service reliability and performance. Sentry automatically collects error logs, stack traces, and related technical information when issues occur. This data may include request URLs, user agent information, IP addresses, and error details, but does not include sensitive personal information such as passwords or payment details. This information is used solely for debugging, monitoring system health, and improving Service stability. LangChain AI Framework: We use LangChain, an open-source framework, to build and orchestrate our AI-powered features including our smart listing assistant and buyer-seller matching algorithms. LangChain helps us integrate various AI models and manage AI workflows. When you interact with our AI features, your queries, prompts, and interactions are processed and stored on LangChain's servers to generate responses, suggestions, and recommendations. This data is used solely to provide and improve our AI-powered services. When you delete your account, we ensure that your associated data is also deleted from LangChain's servers in accordance with our data retention policies. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Service.
We also use a session replay and diagnostics tool (currently LogRocket) that records limited information about how you use the Service (for example, pages viewed, clicks and scrolls, device and browser information, performance data, and network request metadata). We implement masking to avoid capturing sensitive information such as passwords or payment details. This data is used solely to debug issues, provide support, and improve the Service, and is not used for advertising purposes. Where required by law, we process this data based on our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the Service.
